Pamabula Coffee is ethically sourced from high quality grade small farms in the Central America region. We have built close relationships with our producers which allows us to have a holistic and personal approach when sourcing our coffee. Pamabula coffee believes in using the Natural Coffee Process to dry the ripped cherries. In this process the whole ripped cherry is dried in the sun, which creates a flavorful and fruity but elegant taste
Our Roast
Pamabula Coffee uses a medium roast, which gives our coffee the complex flavors from a light roast while maintaining the deep rich flavor from a darker roast. We also offer customized roast profiles for customers who's taste prefer different
